When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding starts promptly at 3:30 so please arrive no later than 3 PM to be seated and to find parking!

What is the dress code?

Answer

After 5 attire. Remember, it is December in Texas so make sure you keep an eye on the weather to see if it is going to be hot or cold.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, due to venue space, a guest is not included. We apologize.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Of course, remember it is a wedding and we will be partying until the sun comes up. Keep in mind it will be a fun adult night out. Again we apologize but we will not have any sitters.

Are you providing transportation if we choose to drink?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bus to pick you up from the Hilton Garden Inn at 2:30 and drop you off at the venue. There will be several shuttles throughout the night to pick you up from the venue and drop you back off at the Hilton Garden Inn in Longview.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, while the dinner, dancing, and cocktails will be inside the venue. We are hoping for great weather! (For the ladies: there is grass at the venue so be careful with those heels!)
