We met in downtown MPLS on St. Patrick's Day in 2016. We were both out with groups of friends when Chris approached me asking for my phone number. He kept it sweet and simple. We chatted for maybe a week before he asked me out. Our first day was shortly after at Minnehaha Falls, and that is how it all began. We officially started dating May 10th 2016. Below you can read out our engagement.

For the past few years us and some of our friends have been traveling early at the beginning of the year; of course to escape the Minnesota winters. One year we went to Los Angles for my girl friend's birthday. And for the next trip we'd take would be in March and it would be for my (Kennedy's) birthday, so I chose Miami to be the destination. Chris found a beautiful air b&b in North Miami. We had pool and a dock that lead to water. Miami was always a place I wanted to go because Go Heat! and D- Wade! Anyways, thinking it was a whole trip planned for my birthday. Turns out to be a trip Chris would ask me for my hand. Everyone knew of course except me. But we met March 17th 2016 and got engaged March 19th 2021.
