Do I have a plus one?

Answer

If we have reserved a plus-one for you, it will be specified when you RSVP through our website. Although we would love to offer plus ones to all guests, we have a strict guest list to meet our venue capacity restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What do I wear?

Answer

It is August in Alabama so it will be HOT. The attire is cocktail. We suggest that mean wear a suit or a dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates. Think of lighter fabrics and options that will keep you cool considering the entire wedding is outside. Refrain from ANY denim, shorts and flip flops.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are no hotels in the area, so we were unable to do some sort of discount block. However, the venue is just a little over an hour from Birmingham where most of you live/are from. I suggest scheduled transportation of some sort that can carry a big group. If you are wanting to stay near the wedding, there are multiple Airbnb options available.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel lot at the bottom of the main house entrance. Be sure to keep an eye out for the golf cart that will be taking guests from the lot to the ceremony!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12, 2026 or we'll assume you're politely declining . While we will miss celebrating with you, we are required to provide an exact headcount to our venue within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony stary time to ensure you have enough time to sign our guest book, use the restroom and walk to the ceremony location.
