Question
When are RSVPs due?
Answer
ALL RSVPs are due by October 6th, 2019. We will not be able to accommodate anyone who tries to RSVP after this date.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Immediate family should arrive at 10:45 AM to participate in pre ceremony photos. All other friends and family should arrive at 11:30 AM. The ceremony will begin at 12:00 PM.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal. Look and feel your best at the same time! Fancy, yet comfortable.

Are there any colors that I should avoid wearing?
Answer
Please try to avoid wearing attire that is completely white.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
Finger foods! A variety of sliced meats, pasta salad, cheeses, fruits, veggies, chicken wings, tortellini alfredo and more! Food will be served Buffet style.

Where is the nearest parking available?
Answer
Complimentary parking is provided on site in front of the venue.

Can I bring a plus one and or children?
Answer
As much as we would love to allow anyone to bring friends/other family members, we must keep our guest list on track! We can only accommodate the persons listed on the invitation.

Where will the reception take place?
Answer
The reception will take place at Valle Vista in the Eastview Ballroom, which you will be directed to after the ceremony.

Where do I go when the ceremony ends?
Answer
The bridal party will be taking photos nearby for about 45 minutes after the ceremony. We kindly ask guests to head straight to the Eastview Ballroom where we will be serving finger foods and beverages! This is the perfect time to start filling your tummy before we dance the evening away!

What time will the reception end?
Answer
The ballroom opens at 12:30 PM. The reception will end at 5:00 PM.

I am traveling from out of town. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Answer
Unfortunately, we do not have a hotel block. There are plenty of hotels nearby! La Quinta, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, and Baymont are just a few!
Question
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media, but our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #YouHadMeAtHuddleston so we can keep up with all of your awesome photos! :)

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly!
