We’re getting married!

As you may know we are both active duty service members in the United States Navy. We met on the morning of November 10, 2014. I remember what he thought when he first seen me. " Wait, we have a new new girl, she is beautiful." During the morning meetings we were both assigned to clean the divisional office by our Chief Petty Officer. During cleaning stations we introduced ourselves. I told him all about Skylar, and he talked about the New York Giants. We became good friends and eventually our relationship flourished.

On April 16, 2018 Mike took Skylar and I out to celebrate my birthday at Amberdeen Steakhouse. He had the waitress to bring out a birthday cake while singing "happy birthday." I started to blow out my candles and that is when he walked around the table and popped the question!!
