We're getting married!

We met in August 2020 while opening a new Wawa in the middle of the pandemic, Kenia was a manager-in-training and Dylan a customer service associate. Our first conversation was quiet (Dylan was speechless!), but a month later the dish station became our favorite place to talk. In December, Dylan turned out to be Kenia’s Secret Santa and somehow chose all her favorites, proof he’d been listening to every little detail. Around the same time, Kenia was promoted and preparing to transfer, so Dylan invited her to a “goodbye dinner” that became our first date. On December 31, 2020, Dylan asked Kenia to be his girlfriend. A few days later, she met his parents and the whole family (all 25 of them). Almost four years and many adventures later, while doing one of our favorite things, exploring new countries, Dylan proposed in the Sahara Desert on October 13. Through it all, God has kept confirming that He made us to become one. Now we’re joyfully getting ready for this beautiful new chapter together.
