When should I plan on arriving?

We invite you to attend our Welcome Party, which begins at 8 p.m. Friday, June 5. If you are unable to get to Highlands until Saturday, be ready for a 5:30 ceremony!

For the wedding, think semi-formal garden party attire, colors and prints welcome! Men can choose to keep or skip the tie; a lightweight jacket and button-down are perfect. Ladies, the ceremony is outdoors, so opt for heels that work on grass. The Welcome Party is summer cocktail: sundresses, breezy outfits, and optional jackets.

The ceremony and reception will both take place at The Farm at Old Edwards. The address is: 336 Arnold Road, Highlands, NC 28741.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is parking at the venue. We’ll also be offering shuttles to and from the venue, starting at 4:30 PM, with pickups from 16 Church Street and 200 Main Hotel.

The ceremony will be outdoors, with an indoor cocktail hour and reception. In the event of rain, we have a backup indoor option for the ceremony.

Expect lovely early-summer mountain weather, with average highs around 75 degrees. In the evenings, it can cool down to the lower 60s.
