What should I wear for the Welcome Party?

Answer

The welcome party will be held outdoors, so we encourage a look that’s comfortable and relaxed—think “nice yet casual.” Sundresses, flowy skirts, or dressy tops with sandals or wedges are perfect for the ladies. For the guys, golf polos or button-down shirts paired with jeans, chinos, or nice shorts are right on theme.

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us. Thank you so much for understanding and making arrangements in advance.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to space and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests who are formally listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes “and Guest,” you’re welcome to bring a plus one.

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service to and from the hotels and the venue. Exact shuttle schedule details/timings to come! If you prefer to drive yourself, there will be parking available at the venue.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 4pm ahead of the 4:30pm ceremony time. The shuttles will be timed accordingly. If you are driving yourself, we recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will take place outdoors beside beautiful Lake Oconee. The ceremony will be held on the lawn, cocktail hour will be on the clubhouse patio, and the reception will be under a tent on the lawn.
