We’re excited to celebrate our marriage in two special ways that reflect both of our backgrounds. The West African ceremony honors Kenechi’s Sierra Leonean and Nigerian heritage, family, and culture and it will be filled with color, music, delicious food, and traditional customs. The classic wedding ceremony will be our formal exchange of vows surrounded by all of our loved ones. Each celebration is a unique part of our story, and we can’t wait to share both with you!
Not at all! We completely understand that schedules and travel may make it hard to attend both events. You’re welcome at whichever celebration you’re able to join. We’ll be so grateful to celebrate with you, whether it’s at one ceremony or both! Just let us know which event(s) you plan to attend when you RSVP.
Friday’s African Ceremony: Cocktail (feel free to wear African clothing if you have it!) Sunday’s Ceremony: Semi-formal
For Friday's ceremony, doors will open at 6 pm, with the ceremony starting promptly at 6:30 pm. Please try to arrive by 6:15 pm to mingle and get settled before we get started. The Sunday wedding will begin at 10:00am, so we encourage everyone to arrive by 9:30 a.m to get parked, seated, and ready for the celebration! We know it’s a bit early, but we promise it’ll be worth it!
Both ceremonies will be indoors with access to patios and outdoor seating.
Due to limited space, we regret that we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, we love you!
We love your little ones and truly understand that many of our family members will be traveling to celebrate with us. Due to space limitations, our wedding events will be adults-only except for the immediate family’s children. Thank you for understanding!
We will be serving both Nigerian and Soul food on Friday and will have a special Brunch menu on Sunday. We have plenty of meatless and gluten-free options on both days. If you have additional concerns, feel free to reach out to either Josh or Kenechi, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs!

There is free parking at both venues!
Your love and presence mean the world to us — that’s truly the best gift. If you’d like to bless us in another way, we’ve also created a registry with a few items and experiences that will help us start our next chapter together.
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is the nearest airport to our venue. While 45 minutes from Ashton Gardens, you are welcome to utilize ride-share options or rent a car to get around for the weekend!
Atlanta in late March is usually mild and pleasant, with daytime temperatures typically in the mid-60s to mid-70s °F (18–24°C). While it’s generally sunny, spring showers are always possible, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or umbrella just in case. Dress comfortably and in layers, and you’ll be ready to enjoy the day to the fullest!
If you’re flying in, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is about 30-45 minutes from both venues. We recommend renting a car or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft for the easiest travel between the airport, hotel, and ceremony locations. You can find exact addresses and directions on the “Schedule” page. If we’re able to arrange transportation between the hotel and the venues, we’ll update this page with details closer to the date! 🚗💛
