Please fly into Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). The airport is about 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte and about 45 minutes away from the venue. We have booked two hotel blocks and they are the same price. Both hotels are right next to each other and are 10 minutes away from the venue for Wednesday and Thursday night. Ubers may be slim in Monroe, NC so please try to plan accordingly.
