We met during our sophomore year of high school at our friend’s birthday (shoutout to the best man, Jackson Anderson). We immediately hit it off and enjoyed some laughs by the fire. “The first thing I noticed about him was how tall he was.” -Kendyl “The first thing I noticed about her was the way she looked up at me.” -Christian

After a beautiful evening camping under the stars in Taylor Park, we spent the morning reading the Bible around the fire. Later, we headed up to Buena Vista to ride atv’s through the forest. Finally arriving to one of our favorite lookout spots, Christian proceeded to tell Kendyl about the first time he had been there. “That was one of the best moments of my life, until this one…” Afterwards Christian surprised Kendyl with a celebration at the lake house including their families and friends.
