When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond before October 1, 2024. Please note that due to the formal seating arrangements planned for the reception dinner, RSVPs to attend can not be accepted after October 1, 2024. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in the Wild Flower Atrium by 3:45pm. Ceremony will commence promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, complimentary valet parking for our guests has been arranged with the hotel. Wedding guests will need to present the included parking pass to the valet upon picking up your vehicle at the end of the evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, dinner is a formal plated meal. Special accommodations can be made for certain food allergies if you let us know when you RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hotel Viata with special wedding guest rates. The Barton Creek Resort does not offer a special room block for our wedding guests. If you would like to stay onsite, please contact the hotel directly to make reservations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, the Hotel Viata is a short 4 miles from the Barton Creek Resort. Valet parking at Barton Creek will be provided to wedding guests. Ubers are readily available to and from both locations.
