When should I arrive?

Please arrive to Emerson Fields between 4:15 PM - 4:45 PM. Our ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM

The host hotel is the Comfort Inn in Macon, Missouri 1821 North Missouri Street, Macon, MO 63552 Hotel Phone Number: (660) 395-8000 A complimentary shuttle will be provided on the wedding day to take guests to and from the hotel and the venue.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

Our venue name is Emerson Fields, located 45 minutes north of Columbia Missouri. Our welcome party, ceremony, and reception will be held at Emerson Fields Venue Address: 35932 U.S. Highway 63, Excello, MO 65247

Where is the ceremony held?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at the white pavilion on the property. When you arrive, please head directly to the pavilion.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Our shuttle will run between the host hotel and the venue. Shuttle service to the venue leaves the hotel at 4:00 & 4:30 PM—please be in the lobby a few minutes early. The shuttle will also be available after the wedding.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a gravel parking lot that is free for guest to use. Guest can leave their vehicles on property until 9:30 AM on Sunday morning

What is the dress code for your welcome party & wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. Please avoid wearing the color white, and any denim. The dress code for our welcome party is cocktail attire. For women, this includes short or long dresses or stylish pants. For men, pants with a polo or dress shirt are perfect.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Due to the nature of our venue, we are unable to extend this invitation to children
