You are Invited!

John and Kendra's mutual friend Aimee was the current Boise State Swing Dancing President and had invited Kendra to join the club. John, the former swing dance president, was no stranger to the dance floor often being invited to guest teach. As the dance troupe gathered at the illustrious Buffalo Club, sparks flew between John and Kendra under the glittering lights. Amidst the swing and sway, John and Kendra discovered a shared love for K-dramas, with "Romance as a Bonus Book" being one of their mutual favorites. And thus, the stage was set for their first date on January 28, 2020. Downtown, amidst the city lights, the couple embarked on a culinary adventure. However, fate had a playful twist in store. Stepping out of the car, Kendra's enthusiasm led to an unexpected encounter with a parking pole. Concerned for her well-being, John forgot to note the parking spot. After a delightful dinner, the couple found themselves strolling through the drizzling rain, searching for John's elusive car. A romantic misadventure ensued as they circled the streets for an hour. Ever the gentleman, John decided to ensure Kendra's safety by calling her an Uber. Riding with her to make sure she arrived home without a hitch, John then hurried back with the Uber driver to locate the missing car. To their amusement, it was merely 10 meters away from the pick up point. On the memorable date of March 25, 2020, during the start of the city's COVID shutdown, John and Kendra decided to take their relationship to the next level. And so, John and Kendra's love story began – a tale filled with laughter, twists, and the promise of many more dances in the future.
