We hope that the following answers all of your questions. We are so excited to celebrate with you!
Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVP's must be submitted by Saturday July 19th. Due to vendor requirements and the need for a final headcount, we won't be able to accommodate guests who RSVP after the deadline.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive to the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, thus we ask all guests arrive and be seated by that time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones will be indicated on your invitation and again when you RSVP on our website. We kindly ask you do not bring additional guests if they are not included on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on your invitation. Please see this as an opportunity to take a night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies, a nice dress or dressy separates are great. Note that the ceremony will be outdoors, where the terrain will be a combination of grass and dirt path.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you RSVP on our website you will be prompted to inform us of any dietary restrictions you may have. We are able to work with our caterer to provide alternative options for specific guests if needed.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site at the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! While the venue requires a short walk to and from locations, we will have golf carts available for those who need assistance. Additionally, the White Oak Barn–where the dance will be held–has a ramp that is wheelchair accessible.

Can vehicles be left at the venue?

Answer

Vehicles may be left at the venue if they are parked in the lot by the reception tent (not the barn) and are picked up BEFORE 11:00am the following morning.

Will there be shuttles to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will be providing shuttles from the Best Western/Holiday Inn location to Stonewall Farms before the ceremony and after the dance. There will be two shuttles to take guests to the ceremony. These start at 3:00pm and will rotate roughly every 15 minutes. The last shuttle will depart no later than 3:40pm. There will be one shuttle running after the dance to take guests back to the hotel(s). That will begin departing regularly at 8:30pm and will rotate roughly every 30 minutes. Should you need a ride back earlier than 8:00pm the bus will be in the venue parking lot, you will just need to ask the driver to bring you back to your hotel.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at the Best Western Plus in Willmar. The link for booking can be found under the travel tab of our website. Please book your room before June 23, 2025 to use our discounted rate. Should that block fill up or if you want alternative options the Holiday Inn Express and the AmericInn by Wyndham are great options in the same area and will still be accessible by shuttle.
