He attended McCall High School, where he discovered a love for music, playing drums in the school band. Music was always a part of his life, he often sang with his mother and even had the opportunity to share their voices on the airwaves of KTLD Radio Station. Rev Terry Moore’s first job was with the Madison Journal, where he learned the value of hard work and community connection. But it was in 1968, at New Star Missionary Baptist Church on Railroad Street in Tallulah, that life took a truly transformative turn when he was baptized and began walking in his faith journey. Rev Moore has been blessed to be married for 38 years, and together with his loving wife, they raised two sons. For nearly 40 years, he’s had the honor and responsibility of pastoring, guiding others in their spiritual walk and serving the Lord with a heart full of gratitude. From humble beginnings to a lifetime of ministry, he remains thankful for every step of the journey and every soul he’s had the privilege to encourage along the way. He is now pastoring at Mt Olive MBC in Tallulah, La.
