The ceremony will begin promptly 5:30PM. Music will begin and guests may begin arriving at 5PM. The driveway to the mansion will be blocked beginning at 5:20PM as to not have cars disrupting the ceremony, so please make sure to arrive a bit early!
Yes! A shuttle will be running several times from 4:30pm through 11:00pm (the end of the reception) to take guests to & from both hotels and The Wadsworth Mansion.
Formal - tuxes and gowns are welcome, and suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome!
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be fully outdoors (weather-permitting), and the reception will be an indoor/outdoor event, with dinner served in the mansion's dining rooms and dancing/dessert outside on the terrace. Please dress & bring layers (if needed) accordingly, and please consider your footwear, as the ceremony and part of the cocktail hour will be on the grass!
Yes! Parking is available and guests may leave their vehicles overnight if needed, so long as they are retrieved by 12PM the following day (Saturday, May 20th).
We absolutely love children, however due to space constraints our wedding will be a 21+ event.
Yes, an open bar with a variety of beer/wine/liquor (and Evan & Kendra's favorite specialty cocktails!) will be provided.
We would love for all of our loved ones to be present on our wedding day. If you're only able to attend in a virtual capacity, please let us know and we will happily explore live streaming options!
