Where should we stay?

An airBnB will be the most convenient location near the reception. We recommend Point Venture for lots of options and more of a vacation vibe as well as potential for lake views. There several hotels closer to the church, especially in The Domain. If you really want to do downtown austin: Hotel VanZant, Austin Proper are great, plus a myriad of hotels with roof top pools and bars, but it will be about an hour drive from the reception.
