We met in the summer of 2017 at SoCal FC camp. I grew up going to camp every year up until the few years before I met Charlie. The summer of '17 was my last year I could go to camp, so I decided last minute I was going to go for my last year. The first night of camp comes around and I hear everyone asking about this guy Charlie. I had no idea why everyone was asking about him and was confused on who this mysterious counselor was. Charlie came to camp and it was an instant connect, at least for me. I was crushing hard the whole week! We talked and got to know each other better throughout the week but I still was not sure if he was into me. When the last day of camp arrived and everyone is saying there goodbyes, I was determined to get Charlie's number. I asked if he wanted to take a picture with me and I insisted I get his number so he could give me his number. Immediately after camp we went the Rude's house for the Tustin singing. We spent the weekend together with friends and I knew there was something there! We continued talking and on move in day for me at FC he surprised me and asked me to be his girlfriend. Six months later, he took the leap and moved to Florida. Here we are 3 years later and I could not be more excited to marry my forever camp crush.
