We met one Thursday evening for a blind date at Chimichurri's South American Grill. For two people who had never met before, we talked so long that the restaurant was closing, and we still weren’t ready for the evening to end. Our next date was that Saturday, and it quickly became clear that we truly enjoyed each other’s company. Months and years have passed, and together we have shared so many wonderful experiences. Bruce introduced me to so many new things — deep sea diving, hunting, workouts at our CrossFit gym, golf, and even reconnecting with my country roots by spending time on the ranch. I’ve learned how to do so many things on the ranch, and I’ve come to love that way of life. When we first met, I told Bruce how much I loved cruises, even though he had never been on one before. So we booked a cruise and set off on an adventure together. We enjoyed every minute of it, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. There are still so many adventures ahead of us, and we look forward to experiencing them together as husband and wife. Our families may be growing bigger, but they will also be filled with even more love. Over the past few years, we have become best friends, and we are so grateful that a blind date turned into a lifetime of forever.
