For guests traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). It is located about 20 miles west of Downtown Pittsburgh and offers several convenient ways to get to your hotel or our wedding events. 🚗 Rideshare & Taxis Uber & Lyft: Follow signs to the Baggage Claim level. Pickup is located outside of Door 7 at the Commercial Arrivals Curb. A typical ride to Downtown or the East End takes about 25–35 minutes. zTrip / Taxis: Traditional taxis and zTrip cars are available at the taxi stand area outside the Landside Terminal on the lower level. 🚌 Public Transportation (The Budget-Friendly Option) For a cost-effective way to get to Downtown or Oakland, you can take the 28X bus for just $2.75. Buses run roughly every 30 minutes and can be boarded outside Door 2 (or the new consolidated bus stop in the ground transportation area). You can pay with exact change or download the Ready2Ride app to pay on your phone. 🔑 Rental Cars If you’re planning to explore the city, most major rental car companies (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, etc.) have counters located on the first level of the Landside Terminal. The cars are parked in the attached garage, just a short walk away.
