The Freedom Trail is a 2.5-mile-long path through Boston, Massachusetts, that passes by 16 locations significant to the history of the United States. Marked largely with brick, it winds from Boston Common in downtown Boston through the North End to the Bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown.
The first public botanical garden in America is a beautiful place to take a walk, admire flowers, plants, and monuments, and maybe even take a ride in a Swan Boat.
Home of the Boston Red Sox since 1912, Fenway Park is iconic. Baseball fans can enjoy tours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm most days.
