Alex and I met at a college party. Taking note of the date, I was dressed as a Montclair State super fan and Alex was dressed as a life guard. When I came out of my room to attend the party, Alex was at the bottom of the stairs. I saw he had a medical boot on his leg and thought, "Perfect! I can troll him." We started off talking about how it was Cooper Niles (my dog's) birthday then continued to talk and laugh the rest of the night. I honestly don't even think either of us left the base of stairs that whole party... well until I went to eat CoCo puffs. Alex can tell you the rest.
On the night Alex proposed, Alex and I went to a dinner date at our favorite place ever... all you can eat sushi. It's 25 dollars each and BYOB, you can't beat it. At dinner Alex said "When we get older, I want a golf simulator in my basement." I responded back with, "Thats something you'll have to tell your wife." When we got home and I opened the door, our apartment was decorated and Coco Puffs were on the kitchen counter.
