When should I RSVP by?

Is everything in the same location?

Yes! Both ceremony and reception will be at La Belle Amour (3002 S 70th St, Tampa, FL 33619).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A courtesy block of rooms has been reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Tampa/Riverview for Saturday and Sunday night (4/5 & 4/6). Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there’s plenty of parking. Alternatively, the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the venue. Shuttle Schedule to Venue: 3:00pm 3:30pm Shuttle Schedule back to Hotel: 8:00pm 8:30pm

We’re choosing to have a child-free ceremony and reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes. We will offer beer, wine, and two signature cocktails.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 3:45. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding, both ceremony and reception, will take place in an open area outdoors. Fans and portable A/C units will be out to make you feel comfortable!

Our dress code is semi-formal. Dress in whatever you’re comfortable and will look your best in! Please refrain from wearing jeans.

Can I gift money instead of a physical gift?

Answer

Absolutely! We truly appreciate your generosity as we step into this new chapter. We will have a gift table present at the reception for you to drop off monetary gifts. Here are some options: Cash: Ensure it’s included in a card or envelope so we can make sure to thank you! Check: Please make the check payable to Joseph Cangelosi to avoid issues with depositing. Alternatively, you can contribute to our honeymoon fund right here on Zola (2.5% processing fee does apply).
