Shuttle
September 6, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm
A shuttle service will be taking wedding guests from the Courtyard by Marriott to the ceremony location, ceremony to reception, and back to the hotel that evening. Any wedding guest is welcome to use this service. DETAILS: Two shuttle buses will pick up guests outside of the Courtyard by Marriott starting at 3PM off of EE Butler Pkwy. The shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:15 PM and will not be returning to the hotel until after the reception. These same shuttles will be available after the ceremony to drive guests to the reception location.
Travel Note
There are several other hotels in the area along with Airbnb options if you choose to not stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. Please note the Courtyard by Marriott will be the only wedding guest pickup / drop-off location for the shuttle services on the wedding date.
