Nope! We will be providing shuttles for transportation from the Bellyard Hotel to/from the wedding venue. There are many delicious restaurants and fun activities within walking distance from the Bellyard Hotel, and Uber/Lyft are readily available for venturing further into the city.
The hotel has $46/day valet parking with in/out privileges. The wedding venue has limited free onsite parking, and there will be a free shuttle between Bellyard Hotel and 42 West Entertainment before/after the wedding festivities.
Yes! Please refer to the “Travel” tab of our website for more details. We have a limited number of rooms available in the Bellyard Hotel room block, if you are notified there are no more rooms available please let us know so we can request additional rooms.
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held at 42 West Entertainment Group. It is roughly a 5-7 minute drive from the Bellyard Hotel. We will provide transportation to/from 42 West, but limited onsite free parking is available if you will have a car. If you are staying elsewhere, you are more than welcome to take an Uber directly to the venue, or to Bellyard Hotel to ride the shuttles provided.
Please use the “RSVP” tab at the top of this page to respond online. When prompted, enter the name as it appears on your invitation, and it will list the events you’re invited to. If you have any trouble accessing your RSVP, don’t hesitate to reach out. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 25th.
For invited guests, Rehearsal Dinner: dressy casual - think romantic, cozy, upscale. Welcome Drinks: dressy casual - button ups, polos, dresses and jumpsuits. Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception: cocktail attire Women - think sets, jumpsuits and dresses (mini, midi or maxi). Men - think tie with suit or slacks/sport coat. Cocktail hour is outdoors (weather permitting), so please bring an extra layer for your comfort. P.S. don't forget those dancing shoes...it's encouraged!

We love your little kiddos, however this will be an adults-only celebration. If you will be travelling with your children, we are happy to recommend local babysitters so please let us know if we can assist!

The average daily high is 73°F and the average daily low is 54°F. This is the drier season, but there’s always a chance of rain! We will have cocktail hour outdoors (weather permitting), so please bring a light layer for your comfort.
