What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:45pm to get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, however we will be heading inside for the reception. The indoor space does have A/C!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress in wedding cocktail attire! Ladies in long dresses and men in suits.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us for the night.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are listed on the formal invitation you will receive.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

This is a kid free wedding! We apologize for any inconvenience but only those who are 18+ are invited.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Luke and I have reserved hotel blocks with discounted rates at a few hotels in downtown Grand Rapids. Please see the "Where to Stay" tab for more information on booking your stay. However, there are also plenty of other hotels in the GR area if you don't want to stay downtown. We also recommend Air BnB if you are planning on making a weekend trip out of it!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved shuttles to pick guests up at a central point downtown GR and take them to the venue. The shuttles will also take guests back at the end of the night after the reception.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a paved parking lot on site with space for 150 vehicles. Vehicles cannot be left on site overnight.
