Shuttle info

Answer

If you are staying at D. Hotel there will be a shuttle available to you for the Reception. The shuttle will depart from D. Hotel promptly at 4:15pm getting you to the Reception right when cocktail hour begins. It will leave at the end of the reception around 10:30pm. The DJ will announce to the reception that the shuttle has arrived. The shuttle will continue to make runs at the end of the night until all guests are back at the hotel. If you would like to take the shuttle you can sign up the morning of the event beginning at 10:00am. Guests will need to write their name and corresponding room number to receive a ticket-1 ticket per guest. Please arrive for the shuttle 10 mins prior to the departure time. The departure time is 4:15pm.

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, there is a room block at D. Hotel of 15 rooms. This room block is first come first serve. If you would like to book a room with this block, we have provided a link under the 'Travel' tab of our wedding website. That link will take you directly to our booking page. Conversely, if you would rather book over the phone you can call the hotel, ask the AI Agent to direct you to the front desk and provide the code: 0526FGWED to book within our room block.

How do we choose our menu option for dinner?

Answer

As soon as we have our menu options decided we will send out a text from Zola inviting you to read through our options and select your dinner choice.

What is parking like at the Church? What is parking like at the Log Cabin

Answer

Both Our Lady of the Valley Parish and Log Cabin have ample parking and proper parking lots.

Where is your registry?

Answer

We have decided to forego a registry. Your presence at our wedding is gift enough.
