What date and time is the wedding?

Our wedding is Saturday, January 24th, 2026 at 3 p.m.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Formal or dressy semi-formal. Our wedding will take place in the winter, so please dress accordingly.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at The Lofton, located in Ardmore, Tennessee, right on the border of Alabama and Tennessee.

Where can I park at the venue?

Answer

There is free parking located at the venue, so those planning to bring their cars will have an easy place to park during the ceremony and reception.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Huntsville International Airport (HSV) is around 25 miles from Ardmore, making it the most convenient option for our guests who plan to fly in. Other nearby airports include Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (around 111 miles away) and Nashville International Airport (around 85 miles away).

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are many hotel options in cities located near Ardmore, all listed under the Travel tab on our website. The place where we are staying will be highlighted, however, we want to give everyone many varied options.

Will there be dinner and drinks?

Answer

Yes, there will be a fully-stocked buffet for dinner after the ceremony. The venue will also provide water, lemonade, and iced tea. If you have any special soft drink requests, please contact the bride-to-be.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No to the open bar with cocktails, however, for those who partake, there will be a bar that will serve various beer and wine options to our guests during the reception.

What’s the weather like in January?

Answer

It is prime wintertime, so please expect it to be cold and dress warmer. However, the weather can be very unpredictable in Tennessee, so keep your eye on that Weather app!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Using the invitation that you used to get here, there will be an option to RSVP electronically without sending anything in person.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

So we can provide our venue with ample notice, the deadline to RSVP will be December 24th, 2025. Please respond to the RSVP even if the answer is no, so we can know ahead of time. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

If you are granted a plus one, or you are planning on bringing any children, this will all be explicitly stated in the invitation you received. Please, no surprise guests at our wedding, as we are planning food and drinks strictly using our set guest count.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we’ve created a honeymoon fund for our registry to help us make memories together. You can find this under the Registry tab on our website.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we want you all to take many photos and videos of our special day for memories. However, please do not upload anything on any social media until you receive the "okay" from the bride-to-be.

Who can I contact if I have questions on the day of the wedding?

Our bride-to-be will be extremely busy on the day of so please contact one of the following: the maid of honor, Kennedy (360-865-2977), the matron of honor, Mackenzie (360-865-0209), or the on-site wedding coordinator.

Will there be any events before or after the wedding?

Answer

If you are a part of the wedding party (you would know if you are), there will be a mandatory dinner rehearsal to prepare for the big day. If you want some one-on-one time with the happy couple, please reach out ahead of time, as we have a tight schedule to abide by!
