Question

When should I arrive to Mexico?

Answer

Both members of the bride and groom's families will be arriving in Mexico the Monday (2/16/26) before the wedding. There will be a rehearsal dinner (immediate family&bridal party) Thursday evening (2/19/26) and a welcome party (all guests) Friday (2/20/26), but we encourage you to come earlier if you wish and are able to! For immediate family (parents, siblings) and those in the bridal party (including plus ones) the Rehearsal Dinner Thursday (2/19) is tentatively planned for ~6:30pm For guests attending the Welcome Party and arriving on Friday (2/20), please note this will be happening on a yacht with a scheduled departure time (4:00pm from the Marriott hotel) so be sure to make arrangements that account for potential holdups going through immigration upon arrival (usually under 30min but can take up to 2hr depending on the day)

Are babies/children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will be not be allowing children at the wedding -- this includes all welcome events, the ceremony, and reception. We want our friends and family to enjoy their time worry free and with most of the events happening on or near water, we feel it is in everyone's best (and safest) interest to leave the kids at home!

Are there room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked off at the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa, and are potentially adding more depending on RSVP responses. What types of transportation will be provided?

Answer

Transportation to the rehearsal dinner; to and from the welcome party; and to the after party after reception Transportation to and from the airport will NOT be provided due to differing arrival/departure times and dates; taxi's are present at the airport upon arrival and the Marriott can assist in calling taxi's upon departure
