Please arrive at the Canyon Clubhouse by 3:15pm to shuttle to the park and get settled before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm at Covered Bridge Park.
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest midi/long dresses for ladies and suits (tie & jacket optional) for men. Please, no jeans. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the grass while the reception will be indoors and on the patio.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. We kindly ask that only those specifically named on the invitation join us. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll enjoy a special evening out!

Yes, there is parking available at the Canyon Clubhouse. There will be shuttles waiting to bring our guests to the ceremony site. You are welcome (and encouraged, if drinking) to utilize the shuttle service at the end of the night to get back to your hotel or downtown.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Remember, we will be at 7,000 feet, so please drink plenty of water too!
We kindly request that guests power off their phones during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so you can unplug and enjoy! After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!
