Our story!

Our story begins on a rainbow-filled street in Hillcrest, San Diego, back in January 2023. Kendall had just returned from a 9 month overseas deployment in Japan, and Olivia had moved back from Seattle to the sunshine. Neither of us was looking for anything serious that night, especially since Olivia typed her number wrong in Kendall's phone. Yes, Kendall tried to text. No, Olivia never got it. Oops! Fast forward to May 2023, fate gave us a second chance. Both of us were out with friends in, you guessed it, Hillcrest. A little small talk, a lot of laughs, and suddenly we were in each other's orbit. Our official "hard launch" came at San Diego Pride that summer. We fell in love over sunset sushi, late-night Mario Kart, endless chats, and exploring San Diego! By the end of that year, Olivia's beach shack and Kendall's apartment leases were up. After countless trips, we moved into our first 500-sq ft nest in Point Loma. One closet, two girls, do the math. Chaos, but perfect. Soon after that, we added the final puzzle piece: our four legged son, Bruin Bay! Two humans and one energetic puppy quickly outgrew the apartment. With our jobs thriving, we upgraded to a townhouse one mile from the beach. Dog beach days, first holidays, and fireworks overhead made us realize we had found home, & each other. In March 2025, during Olivia's 30th birthday in Cabo, Kendall proposed! & if you’re wondering when Olivia will propose back… stay tuned ;)
