This place uses repurposed shipping containers to house 13 incredible restaurants and is another one of our go-to places when we're out and about downtown. We love it because there is something for everyone regardless of their food or beverage preferences. An added bonus is their covered outdoor seating area and fire pits! Oh and they are pet friendly Monday through Thursday for those who may be traveling with furry friends. Jess's favorite place to grab a bite here is YOLO pizza kitchen, and Kendall loves Mike's Cheesesteaks.
Want to go for a run, walk, or bike ride while you're in town? This is one of Jess's favorite things to do on a nice day! It's over 30 miles long and can be accessed from many places throughout downtown Greenville including from Cleveland Park, Falls Park & the Cancer Survivor's Park. Bicycles can be rented from a variety of places in the downtown area including BCycle, Sweet Tea Cycles & Reedy Rides.
Spend a chill afternoon perusing the vast array of books and gifts this shop has to offer while enjoying a coffee, tea or sweet treat from Camilla Kitchen located inside this quaint little bookshop. This place is one of our go-to stops when we are strolling around downtown.
We love a good smoothie and think this place has the best ones in town! Jess' favorite is the Endless Summer & Kendall loves the Strawberry Fields Forever. They also make a mean cup of coffee and have great breakfast sandwiches & lunch options.
Amazing place for all our breakfast lovers! They specialize in delicious and creative bagel sandwiches. Jess's favorite is the California Steamin' on a jalapeño bagel & Kendall loves the Mr. Burns on a whole wheat bagel.
This is where we first met! We chatted it up over coffee, realized neither of us were too weird & the rest is history. Highly recommend grabbing your morning (or afternoon) coffee or some ice cream here & going for a stroll through beautiful Falls Park located just outside their doors.
This is our wedding venue, but it also is a fully functioning organic coffee bar Tuesday through Sunday. We highly recommend double checking their hours of operation on their Instagram or Facebook page prior to heading over, as when there is an event happening the coffee bar is usually closed. They are approximately a 25 minute drive from downtown Greenville.
This place is quickly becoming a go-to hangout spot for us as it is located very close to Kendall's house & has some great food and drink options. The concept is similar to Gather GVL. We highly recommend checking out You Dive Me Glazy if you have a sweet tooth. The apple cider doughnuts are our favorite! Please note that each individual business has their own hours of operation so be sure to check their individual websites to verify they are open before heading over as it is about a 25 minute drive from downtown Greenville.
This place holds a special place in our hearts as it is where we had our first date! If you're craving some delicious southern food for dinner this is the spot. We love their pulled pork and the Smokehouse Burger & highly recommend tying the Loaded Potato Cake & Mac and Cheese.
