For those coming from out of town, here are a few hotel suggestions. As with many of our downtowns across the country, Portland's has been hugely impacted by COVID and the economic crisis, so sadly it is not the place we recommend staying for safety and pleasure reasons. These hotels are in the northwest and Pearl districts, both with great walkability, restaurants and coffee shops.

A unique, locally owned hotel with a loud, funky interior. Located in northwest, it is walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shopping and coffee shops.

This is a comfortable hotel surrounded by unique shopping and within a five-minute walk to dining in Portland's brewery blocks in the heart of the Pearl.
