Kendall had moved back to California in 2020 and Alex had recently quit his job at Lifetime. They both applied at safe credit union and were in the same training class. Kendall worked at the Rancho Cordova location and Alex worked in Roseville. Kendall got transferred to the Roseville location and they started working together. After awhile, they started hanging out outside of work at Platinum Wine Lounge and building a great friendship. Alex then got hired at Chase Bank. On his last day, they went out after work, Alex took her home and kissed her.
We had planned a weekend up at Donner Lake and Alex bought tickets to go up to high camp in Squaw Valley. We ended up bringing Remy and went on a hike when we got up to the top. Alex was about to propose but then it started to pour down rain. We were inside for awhile and then it started to clear up. Alex asked someone to take "pictures" of us but he was actually taking a video. We posed for a few "pictures" and when I turned around he was on one knee.
