Travel Note

Travel Dates

Rooms have been blocked between March 8th - 16th, 2027. You have the flexibility to choose your length of stay with a 3 night minimum anytime within these dates. We strongly recommend a planned arrival of a minimum 2 days prior to the wedding March 11th, 2027 to account for any travel delays. All rooms are subject to availability, inventory is on a first come first serve basis with limited quantities. Looking to travel before the room block or extend beyond, or are interested in a room category not listed please reach out directly to our travel coordinator Nicole for assistance. To reserve your room and guarantee the rate, your deposit must be made no later than October 1st, 2026.

Flight

Cancun, Mexico

Please kindly note you will need to plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres and TRS Coral are located around 30 minutes North of Cancun airport. We opted not to pre-arrange flights through our wedding coordinator, so guests can use points, preferred airlines and have the flexibility to stay as short or as long as they wish. While it is encouraged to book flights as early as possible please refrain from doing so until you have received confirmation and receipt of your secured hotel booking in your inbox.
