A shuttle will run between Delta Grand Okanagan and CedarCreek Estate Winery. Guests should plan to meet at the Delta Grand for pick-up, as there is no parking available at the winery. An additional downtown pick-up location may also be available depending on guest accommodations, with final details shared closer to the wedding. From downtown, taxis and Uber are readily available for return to accommodations.
Please plan to arrive a little early to ensure a smooth departure. Specific shuttle timing details will be shared closer to the wedding date.
If possible, consider making a long weekend of your visit. Arriving on Friday and departing on Monday will give you plenty of time to enjoy the Okanagan. As this is a holiday weekend, accommodations and flights may book quickly. We recommend securing your travel plans early to ensure the best availability.
Downtown Kelowna is the most convenient area for the weekend. The Delta Grand Okanagan will serve as the primary shuttle pick-up location, though guests are welcome to stay wherever they prefer.
While the welcome party the night before is open to all guests, we kindly ask that the rest of the wedding celebrations be enjoyed as an adults-only occasion. We would love for you to take the opportunity for a night out — consider it the perfect excuse to dress up and celebrate! If you will be traveling to Kelowna and would like recommendations for local childcare options, our wedding planner, Molly, is happy to help.
The dress code is Garden Formal. We suggest suits or dress pants and a jacket for men, and dresses or skirts for women, with light fabrics and comfortable footwear recommended for an outdoor setting. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, so please consider the weather and appropriate footwear.
A formal invitation will be sent out in the fall with RSVP instructions. Guests will have until spring 2027 to respond.
