To kick-off the wedding weekend, we invite everyone to join us for our welcome dinner at Chiricahua Golf club for great food, cocktails and music on Friday, September 30th from 5-8pm.
4:30 pm - 5:15 pm
Semi-Formal & Cocktail Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, as well as gowns, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits and tuxes.
Wedding shuttles will be available at both the Hampton Inn & Rancho Manana hotels at 3:30pm on Saturday, October 1st to take guests to the wedding venue for our ceremony on Saturday, October 1st. The wedding shuttles will stay onsite at the ceremony location and be available to take guests to the reception venue for cocktail hour & reception dinner to follow.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-Formal & Cocktail Attire: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, as well as gowns, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits and tuxes.
Wedding shuttles will be at the reception dinner from 5:30-11pm to take guests back to their hotels on the hour if needed.
