A nice area with walking trails, very nearby the hotel and restaurant.

Terry Hershey Park

Larger than Terry Hershey and closer to Houston proper, this has several trails. You can even walk into downtown.

Buffalo Bayou Park

Just opened so we haven't been here, but it looks like fun, especially if it's not so nice outside!

Probably most fun for kids, but maybe the kid in you will enjoy this!
