Our story is one of love rekindled, of hearts that never stopped believing in each other, and of a future filled with more love to be felt, more joy to be shared, and more growth to be embraced. While we've known each other since our late teenage years, our love story began in our early 20s. During a time of exploration, dreams, and deep connection, we fell hard and fast. We shared everything—our hopes, our fears, our joy, our love, our dreams, and our nightmares for four years. But, as life often does, it steered us down separate paths, and we found ourselves apart. Those years were full of self-discovery, growth, and challenges that tested us in ways we never could have imagined. We each faced our own battles, evolving and working towards becoming the people we were always meant to be. Though miles and time stood between us, neither of us ever truly forgot what we once had. Yet, we never imagined a reconnection would be in our futures. Eight years later, as if by fate, we reconnected. What started as a simple reunion evolved into a rekindled spark. But this time, it was different. This time, we were no longer the same people we were in our twenties. We had grown, learned, healed, and came back to each other with a deeper understanding of who we were—both as individuals and as partners. Now, as we prepare to take the next step and marry, we reflect on the incredible journey that has led us back to each other. Our love story is a testament to resilience, to growth, and to the beauty of second chances.
