Belle Isle, with its own kind of magic, is the setting for both the ceremony and the reception. The Flynn Pavilion will be our home for the night, surrounded by water and light, where the city feels far away yet still glows across the river. It’s a space for laughter, music, and stories shared as the evening unfolds. Once you arrive, you can settle in and stay through it all.
Yes. A Michigan Recreation Passport is required for any vehicle entering Belle Isle Park. If your car is registered in Michigan, check your license tab. You may already have one. Otherwise, passes can be purchased at the park entrance upon arrival.
Parking is available directly beside the Flynn Pavilion. There’s a dedicated lot for guests, making it easy to arrive, park, and join the celebration.
At three, the evening begins with cocktails and conversation. At four, vows are spoken, and the celebration truly begins. Arrive a little early to take in the calm of the island before everything begins.
Cocktail attire. Velvet, lace, shimmer, or whatever feels right under the glow of the evening. Beyond that, our only rule is simple: feel comfortable and don’t be naked.

Guests aged fifteen and older are welcome. We love your families, but this evening is meant for connection, laughter, and a touch of magic. Let the younger ones enjoy their own adventure while you enjoy yours.
Absolutely. The dinner buffet will include vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes so everyone can enjoy what is being served and feel part of the celebration.
Yes. This day belongs to everyone who has helped shape our story. If you would like to share something from the heart, please reach out before the celebration.
When the reception concludes, the celebration continues at Greektown Casino. We will meet at the Rock Bar at 11:00 p.m. for whatever luck the night brings.
