RSVP Date

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 1st, 2024! If you do not respond by then, we will take that as you are not able to make it, your presence will be missed.

Ceremony Start Time

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 5:30. We ask guests to please start arriving no earlier than 4:45! Cocktail hour to follow in the loft area!

Ceremony & Reception Seating

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few rows. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables accordingly so please see our seating chart during cocktail hour.

Attire

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress their best, cocktail attire to formal wear! We do request that guests do not wear the colors red or green. No jeans or t-shirts. Thank you!

Transportation

Answer

There will be a shuttle that guests can take from the Holiday Inn to the venue and back at the end of the night. If you are driving, there is complementary parking available!

Kids

Answer

Even though we love all your children and wish everyone could bring their little ones, we are having no kiddos with the exception of those in the wedding party. Thank you for your understanding.

Photography

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there to be no pictures or videos taken during this time. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception and cocktail hour. This is such a special day for us, and we have an incredible photography team documenting our entire day, giving you the opportunity to take it all in, celebrate, and be in the moment with us!

Allergies/ Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions via the RSVP page or contacting Rachel/Kenny. We wouldn't want anyone to be stuck without something to eat!

Please see the travel page for the two hotels we have blocks at! Each hotel has a specific date to book by to get the block discount.
