Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Refinery has plenty of on-site parking available for all guests. You’ll be able to park right at the venue, so no need to stress about finding a spot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course — we want everyone to enjoy dinner safely and comfortably. Please let us know any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card, and our catering team will gladly accommodate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to get parked, settled, and seated before the ceremony begins. Doors will open well before start time, so feel free to come early and relax.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love love… but we also have a guest list to stick to. Please refer to your invitation — it will indicate exactly who is invited. If your envelope includes a guest, you’re welcome to bring one!

Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running between the Sheraton Hotel and The Refinery. Exact pickup and drop-off times will be shared as we get closer to the big day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire — cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, suits, or sport coats all fit the vibe. We also kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or ivory so our bride can shine on her big day!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1, 2026 so we can finalize our headcount and details. The sooner, the better — it really helps us out!
