Please RSVP by September 20, 2025. You can RSVP on our website. There there will be a QR code provided in your invitation. If you have not responded by this date, we will unfortunately have to mark you down as 'not attending'. We are required to provide our exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope to see you there!
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. so you can settle in before the proceedings. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for your understanding!
Regrettably we are only able to accommodate children of close family and friends in the wedding party. Invitations will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. Thank you for your understanding!
We're encouraging "elevated western" attire- classic western style with a polished, dressed-up feel. Think: boots, flowy dresses, nice jeans/slacks and tops, hats, leather accessories, turquoise, etc. We'd love for you to get dressed up with us and join in the spirit of the day, but more than anything, we want you to wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable! Our ceremony will be outdoors in October, so plan for cooler weather, though with Texas, you never quite know what to expect! The reception will be held indoors.
Our venue provides parking right out front. When traveling to the venue, please drive slow down the caliche road as there are dips that could cause damage to your vehicle if you are driving too fast.
Yes, there will be an open bar! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so please drink responsibly! Plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely. All alcohol on the premises must be served by our TABC certified bartender at all times.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos during the reception as you'd like!
