FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kenady Minley and Alexander Glatczak
Question

What Date Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP by June 1st. In order to meet the venue's planning requirements, we cannot make additional accommodations for any guests after the deadline.

Question

Where Is The Venue?

Answer

PLEASE BE ADVISED, ACQUAVIVA HAS TWO LOCATIONS: The ceremony and reception will be held at Acquaviva Winery (NOT Acquaviva Ristorante in Batavia). Their address is 47W614 IL-38, Maple Park, IL 60151. We can't wait to see you there!

Question

Is There Parking Available?

Answer

Acquaviva Winery has one parking lot with a limited number of spaces for guests, however we strongly encourage using the scheduled shuttles to and from the listed hotels on the travel page. Especially for those planning to partake in celebratory libations. The safety of our guests is of top priority.

Question

Will The Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outside in the vineyard. The ceremony will be an estimated 30 minutes. Hand fans and iced water will be available. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors immediately after the conclusion of the ceremony.

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests adhere to a semi formal dress code (ie tailored pants, button downs, midi or tea length dresses, pantsuits, formal jumpsuits, etc). Weather permitting, the ceremony will be on the grass in the vineyard. We ask that you wear shoes that you are comfortable walking on the grass in.

Question

Am I Allowed to Bring a Plus One?

Answer

The RSVP portal will indicate if a plus one is included in your invitation. All plus ones must be accounted for by the RSVP deadline. Unfortunately, any unannounced plus ones will not have a seat or meal prepared for them, as the venue requires head counts ahead of time.

Question

Am I Allowed to Bring Children?

Answer

Because we love our tiny family and friends, we are hosting an adults-only wedding. The winery is on a high speed road and the interior venue has many doors and stairwells where it is easy for tiny guests to hide. Libations only inhibit our ability to keep up with tiny, excited guests. For the safety of the littles, and the peace of mind of the adults, we ask that you please ensure childcare arrangements are in place for the duration of your presence at our wedding.
