Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be starting at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before to give yourself time to find parking and find your seat. To avoid disruptions, late arrivals will be asked to stand until the end of the ceremony. Thank you for understanding.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

No. The ceremony and reception will both be held at the hotel.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is a parking structure on the north end of the hotel property. Signs for parking will be posted. Self parking is $20 and valet is $45. *For parking, don't forget to mention "Kemp Wedding" for the discount!!* We recommend carpooling or taking an uber/lyft.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional Men - classic tuxedo or a dark suit with either bow tie or tie. Ladies- Floor length gown or midi dresses. Any material, have fun with your colors :) *Bridal party will be wearing dark red*

Will the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn. The reception will take place inside the ball room.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with the people that we love the most! Due to our desire to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guest listed on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that the only children specifically listed on your invitation attend. We hope you understand and can enjoy a relaxing evening with us!
