WHERE CAN I STAY?

Answer

Please refer to our Travel section for details on this. We recommend booking a room in our room block (located in Killington) or at a hotel, B&B, or Airbnb. Please note that September is peak leaf-peeping and wedding season in Vermont so lodging will book up fast.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

Cocktail or semi formal attire is highly encouraged. Since our wedding is on a farm, we recommend leaving the stilettos at home and opting for a shoe that won't get stuck in the grass.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We rented 3 buses that will be picking guests up at the hotel block and condos and dropping off at Westwinds Farm, where the ceremony and reception will be held. The shuttles will return to the hotel/condos at the end of the wedding. If you would like to stay for the after party, a bus will stay to take us back!

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Westwinds Farm (716 Cox District Road Bridgewater, VT 05034). This farm is on the Woodstock/Bridgewater line so if you put this address in your phone, don't be surprised if you see the address in Bridgewater pop up, both will lead you to the correct place.

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

There will be ample parking at Westwinds Farm, however if you are drinking, please make sure you have a designated driver. We encourage guests to take our shuttle from Killington. If you plan on parking at the farm, please allow extra time to do so. If you do plan on driving, please allow 20 minutes to park and walk up to the venue.

WHAT AIRPORT CAN I FLY INTO?

Answer

Unfortunately, the closest airport to Woodstock, VT is an hour away in Manchester, NH. If you are going to fly, we recommend flying into the below airports and renting a car to get to Woodstock from the airport. -Boston Logan International Airport Boston, MA -Manchester Boston International Airport Manchester, NH -Burlington International Airport Burlington, VT -Lebanon Municipal Airport Lebanon, NH

IS THERE UBER IN WOODSTOCK?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have ample food options that will accommodate many food and dietary restrictions. If you have severe allergies or restricts, please reach out to us and let us know so we can accommodate.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outside. The ceremony will take place in an open field, and the reception will take place under a tent right by the field. If the forecast is calling for rain, please bring umbrellas as you will need them for the ceremony.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The weather in Woodstock in September ranges from 73°F to 63°F, rarely falling below 52°F or exceeding 82°F. With that said, the sun will set at 6:48 so bring a sweater or jacket if you think you might get cold!
