Can I book 'Excellence' rooms?

Answer

Yes, but Excellence accommodates adults only, and because the wedding will take place on Finest, guests reserving their room on Excellence will have to pay a $75 admittance fee to attend the wedding. Please let us know if you do decide to book off the resort. Thank you.

What if I booked my room at a different resort and want to make a reservation at Finest Playa Mujeres?

You can cancel your reservation and rebook at Finest Playa Mujeres.

Will there be free shuttle service to and from the resort?

Answer

Yes, but this only applies if you stay a minimum of 3 nights. Please refer to the bottom of your booking confirmation page under 'Annex' for more information. You should see an email address: transfers@seasonstours.com where you will book your roundtrip transfers. If you choose to book using the suites and flights package, you can still enjoy 25% off airport transfers using the email address above.

Do I need a passport to attend your wedding?

Yes. A valid passport book is required to enter Mexico.

What should I wear to your wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal beach wedding attire. Women: Dresses, suits, or jumpsuits are excellent options. Dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear choices. You can wear stilettos if desired, but be mindful of the sand. Men: Breathable fabrics such as linen, khaki, or seersucker are great options. While a jacket isn’t required, a breathable sports coat or blazer will do. Please, no shorts or sandals.

Is there an incidental hold charge at the resort?

Answer

Yes. There is a $600 incidental hold charge once you check in at the resort. The hold will be released once you check out. We recommend utilizing a credit card for your reservation. If you use a debit card, the charges will be taken out of your account immediately.

What is the closest airport to the resort?

We recommend entering via Cancun International Airport. It is approximately 38 minutes from Finest Playa Mujeres and where free shuttle service is available if you stay the 3-night minimum.
