Please RSVP no later than January 8th, 2023.
Due to seating space limitations, we are asking that guests do not bring anyone not listed in your RSVP party. We guarantee you will be seated with people you know and/or with those already in your party.
Please click on the "RSVP" link on this website. Type in your first or last name, and your party will be displayed. You can RSVP for everyone in your party at the same time, as well as let us know if anyone in your party is unable to attend.
We will miss you, but we definitely understand! Please let us know by selecting "Will not attend" for each person unable to make it.
Like most couples who have known each other for a long time, we're lucky enough to be surrounded by most of the household treasures anyone could ever want or need. Therefore we have chosen not to have a traditional registry. One thing that we have always shared as a couple is our wanderlust and appreciation of a shared great adventure. If you would like to give a gift, something towards our honeymoon/adventure fund would bring us great joy.
The venue is located in a Phoenix Moon Valley neighborhood where Kelynn's Aunt Sandy lives (so no, not a formal wedding venue). Turn onto E. Boca Raton from Canterbury Dr, and it will be the gated area on your left shortly after entering the neighborhood.
The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM, so in order for all guests to be settled in their seats at this time, we are asking that guests arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Both will take place outdoors. The reception will be in a mostly covered area, the ceremony will be in the open.
We are asking that guests wear anything between dressy-casual to semi-formal.
Children of all ages are welcome as long as they are already listed in your RSVP.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate special requests, but there will be a vegetarian option.
We are offering brunch to all folks coming into Arizona from out of town the day after the wedding, as a way to get to spend a little extra time with them (this event is included in all out of town guest's RSVPs). Any volunteers for helping in the cleanup / breakdown of the festivities that day are also welcome to join us for brunch - No advance RSVP needed for helpers, just let us know beforehand so we can ensure there is enough food to go around.
The average high for Phoenix in March is 78, and average low is 55. We suggest bringing a light jacket in case it gets chilly after sunset.
