What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00. I would say arrive around 3:45.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Our guests are responsible for transportation to and from the venue. Please make sure you have a designated driver. A shuttle will pick up guests staying a Staybridge Suites, Stafford, Virginia at 2:30pm to take to the Poplar Spring and leave the venue at 9:30 pm to return guests to their hotel.

Will there be lodging available for the guest?

Answer

We have attached names of hotels that are in the vicinity of the venue or near our home in Stafford. You can also call Poplar Manor Lodging to inquire about lodging.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Parking is provided on the grounds of the venue. There will be signs placed in the areas for guest parking.

RSVP before June 30, 2022

What is the Dress code for the Ceremony?

The dress code is Semi-formal or Cocktail. Remember it’s hot in August.
